I am always putting my photography on the back burner especially when it comes to family so even though i have been shooting the last 3 weeks i have yet to upload anything..sorry.. here are some to look at :)

Is your child America's Cutest Kid?

bgb photo & design is participating in the National Charity Model Search to select "America's Cutest Kid" and to raise funds for charity.

we're looking for cute children ages 18 months to 14 years old to model for a portrait to be entered into the contest.

Models Search Special: $20 entrance fee, which includes a 30 minute session and one image submitted to the national gallery.

Finalist will be determined by online votes. Anyone may vote. Each vote is $1 and ALL proceeds from the votes benefit the non-profit Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep (NILMDTS.org)

Grand prize national winner will be determined from the 50 city finalists. Winners selected by photography and modeling industry experts.

If your child is selected the national winner, you'll recieve many prizes, including a $5,000 US Savings Bond and a Canon PowerShot G10 digital camera.

"my mommy and daddy are getting married!!"

In high school I played volleyball with Kim and a few years later I was fortunate enough to be in basic photography class with her older sister Sarah. Little did I know that I would be making a life long friendship with an amazing family. Since Sarahs daughter was born I have been taking her Christmas pictures (starting for my lighting class in college til last year  in my very own studio!!) When Sarah told me she was engaged I had to be there to document this very special day in her life!! Even though she was one of the most stunning brides I have ever seen I still couldn't stop taking pictures of her daughter... its the children...i love them!!

These are just a few of my favorite shots... the wedding through the eyes of their precious daughter...this wedding really took me back to my pj roots and i loved doing it!! ENJOY!!
